These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Statement Navigator (the "Service"), provided by Levantine Wealth Pty Ltd ABN 61 156 225 544 trading as Statement Navigator ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
Statement Navigator lets you upload or photograph a balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement and receive extracted figures, ratio calculations, arithmetic checks, indicative industry comparisons, and a general commentary intended to help you navigate the statements more quickly.
The Service is a general navigation and prompting tool. It is not financial product advice, legal advice, tax advice or accounting advice, and nothing produced by the Service should be relied upon as a substitute for a full review by a qualified professional or for your own independent judgment. You are responsible for verifying all figures and conclusions against the source documents and for obtaining professional advice on anything material.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract figures and generate commentary. Output can be incomplete or contain errors. You must not rely on any output without independently checking it.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
The Service is offered on a free ("Starter") plan and one or more paid plans, as described on our pricing page from time to time. Paid plans are billed in advance for the applicable billing period. We may change our plans, features or pricing at any time, but any price increase affecting your existing plan will not take effect until at least 30 days after we notify you. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel a paid plan at any time; you will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period already paid for.
You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:
You retain all rights in the financial statements and other material you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you, including sending relevant extracts to our AI service provider(s) for processing.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload Your Content, including any necessary consents where Your Content relates to a company or individuals other than yourself.
Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how long Your Content and any output generated from it is retained.
We own, or have the right to use, all intellectual property in the Service, including its design, software, industry benchmark data, and the "Statement Navigator" name and logo. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that intellectual property to you. You may not use our name, logo or branding without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, warranty, condition or other term implied or imposed by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded ("Non-Excludable Guarantee"). Our liability for a breach of a Non-Excludable Guarantee is limited, at our option, to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
Subject to the paragraph above, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability (or, for Starter plan users, AUD $1). We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity.
You agree to indemnify us against any loss, damage, cost or expense we incur arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or Your Content infringing the rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised, or for scheduled maintenance or security reasons. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6 to 9 and 12) continue to apply.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information, and forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the handling of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
