Privacy policy

Draft. This document has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and is published here for the preview release only. It may change before general availability.

Effective date: 30 July 2026

This policy explains, at a high level, what personal information Levantine Wealth Pty Ltd ABN 61 156 225 544 trading as Statement Navigator ("we", "us", "our") collects through Statement Navigator (the "Service"), why, and what we do with it. We have kept this deliberately short because we collect very little information about you and do not currently collect or retain any information about the companies you analyse.

1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, phone number and email address. We also ask you to select your occupation from a list, to help us understand who uses the Service.

We do not ask for or collect any information about the company or companies whose financial statements you upload, and we do not require you to identify the company being analysed.

We do not currently store the financial statements you upload, the figures extracted from them, or the analysis generated from them. These are processed to generate your results and are not retained by us once your session ends.

We keep a separate, minimal usage record for reporting purposes only — limited to your account identifier, the date/time you used the Service, number of uploads to the service, and the industry/sector you selected for benchmarking. This record does not include your uploaded statements, extracted figures, or any analysis output.

2. How we use it

We do not use your information for direct marketing unless you opt in, and you can opt out of any marketing communication at any time.

3. AI processing

Statement Navigator uses a third-party artificial intelligence service provider (Anthropic) to read uploaded statements to generate figures and commentary. The content of what you upload is sent to that provider for processing. This processing may occur on servers located outside Australia. As set out in section 1, we do not retain this content ourselves once processing is complete.

4. Who we share information with

We share the minimum information necessary with:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the personal information we hold, including access controls and secure transmission. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Access and correction

You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below. You can also update most of your account details yourself within the Service.

7. Cookies

We use a limited number of cookies or similar technologies necessary to keep you logged in and for basic analytics and billing. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before it takes effect.

9. Contact us

If you have a question or concern about how we handle your personal information, contact us at [email protected] . If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
